How it works

1. Drop in whatever you have

Clean spreadsheets, ancient .xls files, PDF statements, scans, a zip of everything. Each file is read page by page and row by row, and what was read is proved: a figure only enters the record if the exact quote supporting it appears in the stored text of the page it claims to come from. A number the file cannot support is rejected at the door.

2. It checks what's missing before starting

A completeness pass looks at what you dropped in the way a reviewer would: a March close with no bank statement, a ledger that stops in October. It asks for what it genuinely needs — and then proceeds on stated assumptions rather than stalling, with those assumptions shown prominently on the task.

3. Specialists do the work

Your question is routed to the specialists it needs — reconciliation, analysis, model-building, research — each working the actual rows with real code, not vibes. Long work runs in a queue you can watch, step by step, and you're emailed when it finishes. Close the tab; it keeps working.

4. A reviewer re-derives every number

Before you see anything, a QA pass recomputes the figures independently and checks every built file page by page. Workbooks come back with live formulas — you can trace and change the model yourself, because it is a real model, not a screenshot of one.

5. It tells you when it can't

Ask for a breakdown by department when the department column is empty and the answer is that it can't — plainly, with what would make it possible. Anything the system could not verify is flagged for your sign-off rather than shipped as fact. That honesty is the product: the alternative is confident numbers you can't check.
